Free Trial of Code-A-Note™ Now Being Offered

Albuquerque, NM (January 20, 2014) Access Integrity® and Find-A-Code™ partnered last year to create a dynamic new product, Code-A-Note, which suggests medical codes based on excerpts of EMRs (electronic medical records) entered into the system. Code-A-Note automatically suggests contextually appropriate codes from ICD-9, the American Medical Association’s CPT®, and HCPCS code sets. As of October 1 of this year, Code-A-Note will make the switch from ICD-9 to the new ICD-10 codes. A free trial of Code-A-Note is now being offered through Find-A-Code’s website at http://www.findacode.com.

Kathy Brown, Chief Taxonomist at Access Integrity, has been speaking to coders and medical providers all over the country, getting people set up with the free trial. “Many people I’ve spoken to are very excited by Code-A-Note and its possibilities,” said Ms. Brown. “The response so far is overwhelmingly positive. One customer told me she wishes she’d had the free trial of Code-A-Note yesterday!”

“Code-A-Note is an excellent tool for medical coders and providers,” said Access Integrity’s CEO, John Kuranz. “Early trials of Code-A-Note show that it can significantly decrease the number of rejected claims, leading to cost savings for providers and better, more focused patient care. Code-A-Note will be a game changer in the world of medical claims compliance. I urge everyone to take a minute of their time to watch a video about Code-A-Note … a product that will change the way you use your EMR.” The video is at http://www.accessintegrity.com/resources/video.html.

Anyone interested in the free trial can contact Find-A-Code at http://www.findacode.com or email Kathy Brown at kathryn_brown@accessintegrity.com.
